Richa Patel

Associate

Richa Patel has experience in patent litigation matters in U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission. Her practice has included medical devices, biologics, and pharmaceuticals. She has also been involved in trademark, trade secret, and copyright matters. Prior to joining Tensegrity in 2024, Richa was an IP litigation associate at Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein, and Fox PLLC. Richa graduated from Indiana University Maurer School of Law, where she served as Managing Editor of the IP Theory Journal. She also spent two years participating in Maurer’s IP Clinic where she assisted clients with patent and trademark litigation and prosecution, and she competed in the Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot.

Richa is a member of ChIPs, WIN DC, the South Asian Bar Association, and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board Bar Association.

Ms. Patel is fluent in English and Gujarati.
