Danielle Pfifferling

Danielle Pfifferling focuses on complex patent litigation and has been involved in all stages of U.S. district court litigation, spanning from pre-litigation patent analysis to post-trial briefing. Her practice includes a wide range of technologies, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and lighting fixtures for the oil and gas industry. Ms. Pfifferling also has extensive experience in representing pharmaceutical patent holders in Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) litigations arising under the Hatch-Waxman Act. Prior to joining Tensegrity Law Group LLP in 2022, Ms. Pfifferling was a litigation associate at Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP and at Greenblum & Bernstein, P.L.C.

Before law school, Ms. Pfifferling worked as a scientist at Pfizer in the vaccine analytical development department. Her work focused on vaccine drug products for infants. Ms. Pfifferling performed analytical method development for nephelometry and protein assays, qualified assays, authored standard operating procedures, and transferred analytical methods for commercial launch testing.
